These are quite affordable if we are shipping other items. $1500 can be the Ex Works price as of today. The shipping as a stand alone item will double that cost. But if we can get it shipped with other tools, these cost less than a buggy by several degrees of magnitude and will save you money for a decade, or however long your teams can make it last.

These forklift dumpster hooks are rated at 22,000 lbs. They are a hunk of steel that will last a career plus. Even better, they allow you to load the telehandler as the manufacturer intends. When you see people dragging dumpsters around the telehandlers are not being used as intended. That could result in an OSHA Fine. With our dumpster hooks, you could get them approved for use and even get a chart as OSHA directs you to in:
Modifications and additions which affect capacity and safe operation shall not be performed by the customer or user without manufacturers prior written approval. Capacity, operation, and maintenance instruction plates, tags, or decals shall be changed accordingly.
These are meant for hooklift dumpsters as the rolling dumpster. If your application involves being off of the pavement and maybe really heavy loads with concrete waste or steel, you might want to consider upgrading the pins to the heels of the tines. They are 16 mm (5/8”) round stock A36 steel. If you find that you are stressing these pins in your operations, you can fit 19mm (3/4”) grade 8 bolts in there as an alternative. These provide about 2.5 times the shear strength of the standard pins. You can us a washer and a means to secure it like a castle nut or simply a hitch pin. You could also go to a forged 3/4 “ pin and find more durability. The bolts would be readily available from a bolt supplier. Pins options are commonly found at farming, tractor and trailer suppliers. Our Forklift Articulating Jib allows you to add a hook to your forklift. Two in fact. Sometimes this is great for moving a load under control, or keeping it straight. The hooks allow you to utilize rigging to lift items with a forklift. Commonly people will use rigging on a fork, or off of the carriage. This isn’t great for the telehandlers as the loading isn’t even across the carriage or boom. It can create torsion. The fact is, the rating of the forklift is null and void if you don’t load it as the manufacturer intends. And it puts the operators and their employers out of compliance with OSHA. Our jibs, Fixed or Articulating, reach out to 12’. The capacity starts at 11,000 lbs at 24” from the carriage. it drops off to 2100 lbs at 12’ of reach. That’s basically half a bunk of plywood, or half of a common pallet of blocks out at 12’. You can use this capacity straight out, or at various angles up to 45 degrees to get to the height that you need.

Forklift Hoppers Unique to Eichinger deliver options not found with other companies in North America. Buyers complain about maintenance with lower cost hoppers. They sometimes leave the tracks and have to have the hopper reset as a result. This is impactful to production. We have two units that eliminate failures through design.
Our 2011 Forklift Hoppers have a roller system for the tipping operations. The whole design allows for easy tipping and massive weight capacities. At 3.2 yards, you’ll have a 8800 lb capacity. Concrete, stone, steel.. all items that should do fine in the 2011 Forklift Hopper and still deliver a long service life.

Extra Large Forklfit Hoppers by CraneGear are different than other 4 Yard plus hoppers. Others suffer from stability problems because the base doesn’t grow with the hopper. They suffer structurally because that loading gets less stable, and the frame remains the same with forces amplified on it. As a result, they fail earlier in life. We spread out the frame for stability, and move to a pin design for the rotating structure. The result is that the loads are stabilized with us.
We do these in 4, 5 and 6 yard sizes. The rated capacity is 5500 lbs on these. You do have a lower load capacity vs the 2011. But you get more stability from the base. It’s a trade off that needs to be considered for your operations.

Drop Bottom Bins
Drop Bottom Bins are a tool that can work for so many tasks in Construction Operations. These are designed for forklifts as a waste bin. You load these from the top. When you are over a dumpster, you can release the latch and the contents will drop out into the roll-off dumpsters.
These are also crane rated. So if it’s loaded by the crane and dropped off, the forklift could do the waste transfer. Or you can use it on castors to be pushed around a working deck, or on other levels to receive trash on a floor. Before the doors are installed, these will slide nicely between the frames as they are 35.5” wide. So scrapping out that floor then getting them down with a telehandler, or down on a construction hoist is easy. If we are talking about the top working deck, you can also remove them with the crane.
These are durable units that will last a career. The units 1.3 yards to 2.6 yards are rated at 4400 lbs. They come in sizes up to 2.6 yards. The heights and weights are the main consideration in the choice. If you are pushing them around, you may find that 540 lbs for the 1.3 yards is easy enough when loaded.
