The construction
The heavy-duty tipping container type 2011 is characterized by a very robust design with all-round edge reinforcement. The trough is made of 3mm sheet steel and the roller skids are additionally protected by a sturdy sheet metal cover. The favorable pivot point and the good load distribution enable optimal use of the forklift load capacity. The base frame is very stable and has entry pockets for the forklift tines. To protect the container against accidental slipping off the tines, the heavy-duty tipping container has a chain lock. A long-lasting powder coating protects the surface from corrosion.
The application
The 2011 heavy-duty tipping container is often used for collecting heavy construction waste and heavy industrial goods. You drive into the drive-in pockets from behind with the forklift tines. Please check beforehand whether your tines and the drive-in pocket dimensions are compatible. As soon as you have positioned the tipper on the tines, secure the container with the chain provided to prevent it from slipping off the tines. Then take the end of the release cable to the driver's seat. At the destination, drive the tipping container to the desired height and pull on the wire cable. The tipping container tips forwards automatically. The tipper can be returned to its original position by hand or with skillful driving by reversing and simultaneously tilting the forklift support boom.
