When it comes to waste disposal and forklift tipping, Eichinger leads the way in tipping bins. We provide heavy duty bins. Extra large bins, and even little barrow tippers that tip out by hand. Heavy items don’t need to be lifted to chest level when you are work with the 2012 tipping bins. Even a 2 yard version is just 3’ tall. Down at one yard, it’s just 2’ tall. These are suitable for a construction site where repetitively lifting at chest and shoulder height is a risk of developing repetitive injuries. We can deliver this lower bin so you can maintain a better quality of life on the job.

The construction
The rectangular trough of the tipping container skips is made of 3 mm sheet steel and has a stable all-round edge. The low height of the tipper means that it has an ideal loading height for all types of materials in the various sizes. The optimal tipping angle guarantees complete emptying at all fill levels and material types. The base frame is very stable due to being heavy duty and has entry pockets for the forklift tines. To protect the container from accidentally slipping off the tines, the side tipping container has a heavy duty chain lock. A durable powder coating protects the surface from corrosion while on site.
The application
The low height of the tipping container skips makes it ideal for use with machines with low discharge heights. You drive into the drive-in pockets from behind with the forklift tines. Please check in advance whether your tines and the drive-in pocket dimensions are compatible. As soon as you have positioned the tipper on the tines, secure the container with the chain provided to prevent it from slipping off the tines. Then take the end of the release cable to the driver's seat. At your destination, drive the tipping container to the desired height and pull on the wire rope. The tipping container tips forwards automatically. It can be returned to the starting position by lowering it to the ground. To make it easier to set upright again, the tipping container has an additional protruding profile at the bottom of the dumping edge. This greatly simplifies handling and the quality protects the trough from deformation.
