Concrete Bucket

from $7,500.00

Model 1032 with Chute

Our Model 1032 steel concrete buckets have a little of everything built in. These high quality buckets are the most versatile way to get concrete moving on construction sites. This specialized equipment comes with the option of using a gate, hose, or chute all in one unit. It’s the ninja of concrete placement. Our capacity with this equipment is up to 5.2 yards in capacity. 3.26 is the sweet spot for loading these and getting the big volume. Seriously, how many of you outside of New York working with Favco’s are using a bucket over 3 yards to pour concrete?

Construction

Our concrete buckets are made of steel. These crane accessories are designed with ASME B30.20 in mind. Then we exceed it by 175% in the weight testing phase. We engineer the attachment then we bring in a third party to oversee what we’ve done and conduct an overload weight test. This is simply the German standard and why we build superior equipment used on construction sites. Certified welders then assemble the steel pieces that are cut by lasers. And who doesn’t love a fricken laser?

Getting it Done

CraneGear can offer more that 500 different buckets in steel for concrete placement. If you want to pour concrete, we’ll have the right tool. From forklift buckets at just over $1000 to 10.8 yard remote control buckets that will cost the same as an affordable car, we have the options. This 1032 is a great example of our versatility in concrete moving. We have 18 sizes ranging from 0.3 yards to 5.2 in this one model. You’ll love the geared gate and the accuracy it brings. This one with the rope on the gate near the chute is the right option for North American pouring styles. If you are pouring walls, the hose is awesome for making it so the placement of the bucket with the crane doesn’t need to be perfect like it needs to be with a chute. Just guide the hose. When you are pouring columns where steel right angles are more likely, the chute enables the controlled placement of the concrete below the tails of the right angles. And when you want to let it rip for a slab or foundation pour, the gate is a great way to go. Not to mention, the geared gate closes by gravity. This makes it so you don’t have springs that wear out over time. These buckets are power houses in the mass placement of concrete. They are the perfect solution.

Durability

The durability of our square concrete buckets is just off of the chart. What’s great and unusual about this equipment, is that you can replace the gate. Just call up and tell us it’s tired, and you can keep using the structure. We replace the gate because it’s leaking or stiff and you can’t clean it. Suddenly it will feel like a new bucket. This is the forward thinking the Germans bring to concrete placement. If you are going to be transporting concrete, you should be reaching out to us at CraneGear. You’ll love our steel concrete bucket options. There are literally over 500 options.

Operations

Operationally, this equipment has structure instead of rigging. This makes it easy to reach to attach or detach. No rigging to inspect or recertify. Central discharge is great for footings. You can order this bucket with three discharge diameters. 6”, 9” or 12” in diameter so you can tailor the bucket to your use. Whether it’s narrow beams, or large footings, you can have the gate that serves you best. Use a hose for columns, or the chute if that’s what you prefer. The wheel comes with a rope on it with a self closing gate system. For ease of moving the bucket around we could supply it with fork pockets. Prep it or clean it using the forklift instead of valuable crane time. The loading height is 67” on 2 yard bucket capacity or 73 inches on the 3.26 yard buckets. You will need to ramp the truck in most cases. You will end up with a large and versatile concrete bucket at the end of the day. I think if a person is looking for a large bucket that can do anything, but they don’t want a laydown concrete bucket, this is the best compromise you’ll find on the market. And outside of construction, these will serve other industries as well. The pre cast industry can get these with forklift pockets and but the bucket right were they need it with a crane or forklift. If you are going to pour concrete, or cement, in a wall, or into a slab, CraneGear has your solution.
