Crane Basket - Stacking - Rated at 3300 lbs

Eichinger stacking stillage bins are a crane basket rated at 3300 lbs when used with a crane. When used with a forklift, 3 bins can be stacked on top of one another. Lifting eyes are built in. Just hook in and go. They are OSHA legal in every state for overhead lifing. These materials baskets are a great utility player in your crane and forklift materials handling equipment.

Drop Down Door Option

The steel bins with the solid sides can be set up with a 1/3 door on the front to allow easy access to the product inside while stacked. Just drop down the 1/3rd door and now you have access to your scaffolding clamps, screw jacks, forming equipment or whatever loose items you have in the bins. The working load limit is hard to exceed at 3300 lb. But if you do have a scenario where you do need more capacity, we can supply a 4400 lb version that comes with and ASME B30.20 rating as one of our standard features. What’s even better, we exceed the ASME testing requirements. We test to 300% where the ASME Requires a 125% load test with a known test weight. We take the bins to deformation to ensure they still don’t fail to keep you safe.

Works with other Crane Baskets

These stack well with the Model 1314 and 1315’s. They can be painted in any color or galvanized. Eichinger Orange is the default color and ships the fastest. But if you have a special color for the company, or for the purposes of parsing out the gear quickly, we can powder coat in any RAL color. To see which other baskets these work with, check out our Brochure found here. In many cases, our baskets and bins will interface with other European Stacking Stillages. If you have some that aren’t crane rated and you just want to upgrade, this can be a way to add in and cycle out the old gear without needing to sell off or recycle the older units you have today.

Steel Construction

Steel Construction is required in the ASME B30.20. We meet this. If you are looking to meet the new ASME B30.20 with certified cages in construction or industry, we exceed it in every way. Our fully welded structures make it easy to inspect and maintain. And they give you a long service life that really comes down to the severity of the service and corrosion as the reasons the basket would ever need to be removed from service. I should note that qualified people should be inspecting these units prior to each use. A regular inspection needs to happen based on the severity of the use of the cares and documented at least annually. Overhead lifting in safety needs to be taken seriously and requires that material baskets be inspected regularly.

Shipment

These require shipping. Since we don't know your location or the current rates, we need that information to be able to quote the shipping costs. sales@cranegear.net is a way to get that going. It's a 10 minute process to get that pricing for us. We just need your zip code. The shipping on these units involve a fair amount of open space. To that end, it’s best to order these on a volume basis. Below 15 units, the cost of shipping isn’t going to make sense with these. As a full container, we are very competitive at CraneGear. So while we offer free shipping, we would need to quote a larger order and the shipping would be priced in if we are do deliver this as a “Door to Door” shipment.

Crane Basket with Compartments

We have the option to have our Crane Basket manufactured with walls to separate materials. Partitions would enable someone with our baskets to compartmentalize their materials so it’s easy and efficient to find them in the basket. The unloading of a product at a planned point on the floor will be quick and efficient. This level of quality and professionalism isn’t offered by many other suppliers.

However we can help, We are ready to do it at CraneGear. If you want Square options like these, or round options, we’ll look forward to helping out. Reach out at
Sales@CraneGear.net if you want to discuss the options. If you have an order ready to go, we can take a look at what they looks like in pricing to ship. Or if you want to handle the shipping, we can make that possible and sell you the Crane Baskets from Germany as Ex Works. If you need castors, galvanized, or a special color, hit that email and lets get the conversation going to meet your needs right away.
