Automated Block Clamp

This block clamp is automated with a cam that locks on when set down, then will release the next time it is set down and unloaded. The automation makes the work easy and keeps the operator in the seat. If you are using this with the fork pockets we can supply, a mast forklift can grab a pallet of blocks and pull it out from a stack behind. Or in landscaping you can deliver the pallet to location you might otherwise need to walk to. This clamp is efficient in saving steps and moves.

Clamp Half Pallets Efficiently

Delivery of half pallets takes quite a bit of manual work. If it’s all bound together in half stacks, we can help you easily move it with our 1083 Block Grab. You can come down on the half stack and the clamping force will squeeze together the half stack so you can lift it and place it on another pallet. If it’s a stack of blocks like CMU, you can quickly grab layers at a time so you aren’t manually moving stacks that eat at your budget in today’s high labor costs.

Built to ASME B30.20 Standards

Our 1083 Block Grabs are built to ASME B30.20 rigorous safety standards with a 3:1 safety factor. These aren’t meant for overhead lifting, but we can supply them with sides in a 1082 version so it’s all caged in, or with a net that covers the bottom of the pallet for safety. These are rated at 3300 and 3969 depending on the model you choose. The gripping depth and width changes with each model. The 1083.3 is the most common version we carry and they are always in stock and ready to ship out. These do well as ocean freight, but they can be flown as well if time is short.

Shipping Included

Shipping can be chosen as a service with us on a door to door delivery, or you can set up your own logistics. As an Ex Works shipment, you would be picking it up in Germany and importing it yourself. A secondary benefit of this pricing is it shows what our prices are prior to shipping and tariff. If you are ordering several pieces, you can work out the cost for several items without compounding the shipping premium for a single item. The savings on a volume purchase is significant.

Canada

Our Canadian Customers can order directly and we can quote the shipping costs and price it out in CAD. You’ll have taxes to pay as it arrives and a tax registration number and a customs broker will be required. But we’ll be happy to invoice you directly so the banking is easy, and the shipment arrives to you as a door to door shipment.
