Manhole Housing and Cone Lifter 1067

from $5,100.00

Manhole Housing and Cone Lifter model 1067 allows crews to hoist cones level and secure as vertical manhole housings, or as tapered cones. The adjustable legs enable cams to contact the precast surface. The eccentric nature of the cams causes them to lock and secure the clamp to the precast rings or cones.

ASME B30.20 Rated Clamp

We build our clamps to meet the ASME B30.20 standard. These are legal for all 50 states. OSHA 1926.251 simply requires a rating. We exceed that standard handily. ASME requires a 3:1 safety factor and we test to the factor in Germany. We don’t leave this just to a calculation. If we claim it by design, we prove it. This is safety as delivered from Eichinger.

Precast Clamp Range

Our Precast Clamp Range for the Model 1067 is from 24.5 to 59”. The capacity is set at 5512 lbs for the rings and cones.

Galvanized for a Long Service Life

The Galvanized coating will enable this unit to have a long service life. Corrosion will not be an issue for the life of this tool. The cams are a sharpened item that could wear. If we needed to supply new cams due to wear, they are bolt in item that is readily serviceable.

Utility Work Made Easy

Utility crews working with equipment have high costs. Equipment and hourly rates add up quickly to $1000 per hour or more. Having a tool that switches between modes quickly delivers savings at significant rates. The right tool is invaluable when the burn rates Utility Crews are working at are on the line.

Shipping

Shipping can be chosen as a service with us on a door to door delivery, or you can set up your own logistics. As an Ex Works shipment, you would be picking it up in Germany and importing it yourself. A secondary benefit of this pricing is it shows what our prices are prior to shipping and tariff. If you are ordering several pieces, you can work out the cost for several items without compounding the shipping premium for a single item. The savings on a volume purchase is significant.

Canada

Our Canadian Customers can order directly and we can quote the shipping costs and price it out in CAD. You’ll have taxes to pay as it arrives and a tax registration number and a customs broker will be required. But we’ll be happy to invoice you directly so the banking is easy, and the shipment arrives to you as a door to door shipment.
