Let’s take a look at what this bucket might be able to do for you.

20 Concrete Bucket Sizes up to 5 Yards

With a range of sizes from 0.19 Yards to 5 yards, you’ll find exactly what you need in the Model 1013 Concrete Bucket. We only show 5 sizes in the brochure because it will cover just about anyone’s needs. But if our jump from a 2.6 Yard Concrete Bucket to a 3.9 Yards leaves you feeling like you want another option, we also do these as a 3.2 yard Bucket. Or 4.5 Yards. If you don’t see Goldilocks in the list of Concrete Buckets on the brochure, we can break out the big catalog and show you more. No one has more concrete bucket options than Eichinger.

Concrete Bucket Gate Options

The Gate on a 1013 Concrete Bucket comes as a simple lever and a dual clam gate that opens up quickly to let the concrete flow at your desired rate. When you are done, the lever version gets closed and can be held closed with a chain link if you like.

We also do these buckets as a geared gate option. If you’ve never used a geared gate, they are incredibly smooth and controllable. The gate closes just by the weight of the gear rack (bar) itself. You spin the wheel counter-clockwise to open the gates. Then you let it close automatically. This system uses gravity and basically doesn’t wear out under normal usage.

Precast Concrete Operations

Using our Concrete Bucket for Precast Concrete Operations makes the work quick and easy for flat pours in this industry as well. At one yard, the gate has a diameter of 1.6 feet. When fast pours make the difference, you can get it done efficiently and affordably with our 1013 concrete buckets. The affordability would also let you cycle multiple buckets at a lower expenditure to start.

Concrete Bucket Options

Our 1013 Concrete Buckets do have a couple of options we could discuss. Fork pockets could be added so you can forklift these buckets. The chains could be substituted for a bale arm for lifting on buckets over 1 yard. There are costs for these options. And we have the geared gate option that we could look at.

Loading Height

The Loading Height on these buckets need to be paid attention too so you can plan. The steep walls are amazing for the speed of our pours. The cost is that the buckets are tall. At two yards you are looking to ramp your trucks to achieve good tailgate flows. When you get to 5 yards it’s 8’-6”. You’ll want a recess means to make it work. When you are looking at this bucket option, keep this issue in mind. We do have other options like a 1093 Concrete Bucket that is only 61” at 5 yards. There are trade offs to each item and solution. The loading height on this bucket is one to ensure you can manage.

Shipping

Shipping can be chosen as a service with us on a door to door delivery, or you can set up your own logistics. As an Ex Works shipment, you would be picking it up in Germany and importing it yourself. A secondary benefit of this pricing is it shows what our prices are prior to shipping and tariff. If you are ordering several pieces, you can work out the cost for several items without compounding the shipping premium for a single item. The savings on a volume purchase is significant.

Canada

Our Canadian Customers can order directly and we can quote the shipping costs and price it out in CAD. You’ll have taxes to pay as it arrives and a tax registration number and a customs broker will be required. But we’ll be happy to invoice you directly so the banking is easy, and the shipment arrives to you as a door to door shipment.
