Heavy Duty Tilt Truck
Heavy Duty Tilt Truck
Heavy Duty Tilt Trucks by Eichinger are designed to fit through doorways for easy trash removal. There are several advantages that we bring to the table when it comes to this task.
Steel Construction
Durability - Long service life
Hot materials can be contained
Crane or Forklift can dump it out
Up to 2 yards in size
Long Service Life Leads to Lower Operations Costs
Our Tilt Trucks can be dumped out manually at the smaller sizes. What I’ve seen in most construction and industrial uses is that people are double handling the trash. If you set up a forklift with rigging, or a crane, you can dump these out mechanically. Small jib cranes can be set up near your dumpsters to make this a mechanical operation instead of paying people to handle the trash twice. Even if you aren’t going to have the means to dump it out mechanically, the cost of a plastic Tilt Truck needing to be replaced every 5-10 years adds up. Our steel versions would virtually never need replacement if they are just being pushed around and loaded/unloaded by hand. The castors would be the only wear item. So why pay for a Tilt Truck made of plastic when it’s going to wear out?
Heavy Duty Tilt Trucks That Fits Through Doors
Our Heavy Duty Tilt Trucks are 32” wide to fit through doors. If you are doing demolition in a building and need to dispose of concrete, rebar, hot items, sharps, chemicals, or other items that would quickly destroy a plastic tipper, our 3 mm steel tippers will get the job done. These are available in five sizes that maintain 32” or less at the width.

Fire Safety
One of the issues we see in construction and industry are fire hazards. Are your teams leaving products in bins that could melt and allow fire to spread? You could mitigate that with a Steel Tilt Truck. Stop the spread of fire dead in it’s tracks and contain it. Plastic bins provide nearly zero protection from fires. With steel, it won’t melt until it’s 2600 degrees Fahrenheit. Just keep the Thorium away and you’ll be protected. It’s effective risk management put into practice.
Safety Built In
Safety is built in with our tilt trucks. Handling materials multiple times is not only costly with regard to labor, it leads to unseen risks like grabbing a sharp if you are double handling the trash. Mechanizing the dumping out of the bins can remove the workers from the hazards of dumping them out as well. A forklift with a sling or a crane can make short work of heavy loads when it comes to our Eichinger Tilt Trucks.
Rolling Along the Tilt Trucks
Our Castors are set up as two that steer and two that are locked. This makes maneuvering pretty easy. If you have a rougher surface, you can replace these castors with larger wheeled versions to make rolling over debris or uneven surfaces easy. Carriage bolt holes are built into the design. Swapping to another castor is as easy as unbolting it and bolting in the new version.
