5 Yard Laydown Concrete Bucket By Crane Gear

5 Yard Laydown concrete buckets give the advantage of a low loading height. You can have a 2.5, 4, or a 5 yard bucket that let’s you pour out trucks at 10 minute intervals for those foundation pours without paying for a pump truck. Choose your gate size and let’s get it in production and shipping to you today. We do them in 8, 10 and 12” sizes so the customers can choose the right quantity and control in the design of the concrete bucket.

Save on Placing Boom Costs

Setting up a highrise to have a placing boom is an expensive and arduous task. If your tower crane has good capacity, you can often save time in pouring concrete with a bucket. These are the concrete buckets that make high volumes (4 yard) easy to work with in that the truck won’t need to be ramped. It’s a low loading height when it’s in the laydown position.

Our Connections are Safer and Easier

You can get these with a bale arm or with master links. The links are a safety innovation in that you don’t have the bale arm that needs to be secured in order to be safe. We recommend the links also because it’s easier to hook up than trying to reach a bale arm that is secured up. The attachments to the crane should be easy and safe to work with. Our bucket gives you easy control with great design.

Easy Maintenance Built In

If you have leaky concrete buckets, you can use the hose hanger to use gravity to stop the concrete from leaking out on those thin mixes. Our gates are also replaceable if the leak is occurring due to wear or lack of maintenance. you don’t need to just live with it like you do other brands that would really like to sell you a whole new bucket at every opportunity. Below you’ll find a video that shows the maintenance of our hoppers and how it’s easily removed for cleaning to promote a long life for the gates.

Choose your Style

Choose from 8, 10 and 12” diameter hoppers to control the flow the way you like. If you want a fast flow for decks and foundations, open this up on the 12” diameter and let it rip. If you want the accuracy of a bond beam bucket, our 8 inch diameter will keep the concrete focused and landing right where you need it.

Ensuring Customers have Control

The attachments for our bucket can come with a hose and different gate sizes so you choose how the bucket will perform. These German designs are ensuring you have you can get the performance you want every time from your concrete pours. The extra large gates are tight on our model 1034. But at 12” in diameter, you can flow the concrete quickly with great control. the rope keeps you to the side of the bucket to activate the gate. It’s in a loop so you can positively pull it closed if a stone were to get in the way. Customers all over Europe have used these buckets for decades and they perform like a dream while respecting your budget. Large laydown concrete buckets don’t need to be $40,000. We’ll get you German quality at a respectable price.

Shipping is seamless

Shipping, Tariffs, and Customs is all factored in the prices listed. If you have multiple buckets or items to order, the price will drop significantly. We should quote those to save on your budget. sales@cranegear.net
