The construction
The special bins ensure that the container is emptied without damaging the forklift. The ideal rectangular tipping bin is made of high-quality sheet steel (3 mm) with profiled edge reinforcement all around perfect for the transfer of rubble. This steel is well suited to handle heavy waste items and loose materials around your site. The tipping container has a chain to prevent accidental slipping. The roll-off tipper is also equipped with a cable pull so that tipping can be carried out from the driver's seat providing good safety. The are suitable for all industrial uses.
The application
The tipping bin is used in industry for managing, collecting and transporting a wide variety of tasks in materials handling. You drive into the entry pockets from behind with the forklift tines. Please check in advance whether your tines and the entry pocket dimensions are compatible. As soon as you have positioned the tipper on the tines, secure the container with the chain provided to prevent it from slipping off the tines. Then take the end of the release cable to the driver's seat. At the destination, drive the tipping container to the desired height and pull on the wire rope. The tipping container tips forwards automatically. The tipping bin can be returned to its starting position by hand or with skillful driving by reversing and simultaneously tilting the forklift support boom. This is a good way to reduce repetitive motion risk.
