Forklift Hopper Model 2012
Our Forklift Hopper 2012 is the intersection of all of our other hoppers. It has a standard shape so it dumps out easily. It’s taller and narrower than some of the versions. But at the price point you can get a number of great options with it. The base can be accessed from three sides and dump out forward, or to the sides. Carriage bolt holes are built into every example so castors are easily added. Crane lifting eyes are also available.

The construction
The trough of the tipping bins is made of 3 mm sheet steel and has a stable all-round edge. The low height of the tipper bins means that it has an ideal loading height for all types of materials in the various sizes including rubble. The optimal tipping angle guarantees complete emptying at all fill levels and material types. The base frame is very stable due to being heavy duty and has entry pockets for the forklift tines, or Crane Lugs as an option. To protect the tipping bins from accidentally slipping off the tines, the side tipping container has a heavy duty chain lock. A durable powder coating protects the surface from corrosion while on site.
The Applications
The low height of the tipping bins makes it ideal for use with machines with low discharge heights. You drive into the drive-in pockets from behind with the forklift tines. Please check in advance whether your tines and the drive-in pocket dimensions are compatible. As soon as you have positioned the tipping bins on the tines, secure the container with the chain provided to prevent it from slipping off the tines. Then take the end of the release cable to the driver's seat. At your destination, drive the tipping container to the desired height and pull on the wire rope. The tipping container tips forwards automatically and will have emptied out all of the materials, storage, or rubble. It can be returned to the starting position by lowering it to the ground after the materials are emptied. . To make it easier to set upright again, the tipping bin has an additional protruding profile at the bottom of the dumping edge. This greatly simplifies handling and the quality protects the trough from deformation. You can even option them with wheels so them can be pushed for operations like cleaning. Disposal and the transport of waste by fork or foot are easy operations with this unit. With the varieties of capacities to suit any range or workplace, we have the bin designed for you.
