CNC Waste Collection Platform for Forklifts

The CNC Waste Collection Platform is intended for just a few operations, but I suspect users will find lots of options for these. This was developed to recycle steel plate after it has been cut on a laser table. But large pallets or many other large flat items can do well being transported on this platform. You can then take it to the final trash or recycle bin and tip it out and into the bin. This will save a ton of time getting fragile remnant plates over to the dumpsters.

Purpose Built CNC Waste Platform

We built this for ourselves in our operations. Today we can deliver it to serve your operations too. when you are working with Laser Tables, Plasma Tables, or Wood CNC machines shaping items out of large sheets, how are you going to move these materials that bend so easily? If you slide them off the the table and on to our CNC Waste Collection Platform, we can make this easy. Take it over to your roll off dumpsters and tip it out in seconds. A whole day of remnants can be handled in a single trip that takes just a few minutes. We do these up to 13’/4m long. If that sounds like a challenge to maneuver, we do them at just over 8’ or 2.5m long(wide while transporting)

Over Build in the Quality

If we are building these for ourselves, you know these are good. We build these with impact proof edges that are reinforced with steel tube. These are around machinery and sizeable. We presume they’ll take hits and we build it so that’s not a problem. If you look at the picture from the rear where it’s tipped forward, you can see the tube structure frame running through the tool. The life span will be long. The structure will remain intact. These can come with castors as well as sit on the ground on the post. You choose your own adventure for your needs. If your aisle ways would be too narrow for a forklift to come into the end of the CNC machine you’ll be using it with, you can roll these into place.

Options for your CNC Waste Platform

We can do these CNC Waste Platforms in special colors for paint or powder coat if you wanted them to match your factory colors. The option is about $450. We’d have to quote it. Contact us by Email or by Phone to get that going. Zinc dipped (galvanized) is also an option. If you are working in a harsh environment where these could be useful, you can hold off corrosion with this option.

Load Rating on the CNC Waste Platform

The CNC Waste Platform is rated at 4400 lbs. This is relevant for uses with thick steel. It would be quite the task to get plywood or thin sheets of steel to weight this much. And most smaller forklifts for inside of buildings are only rated to 5000 lbs or even 6000 lbs. The platforms themselves can be 1250 lbs for the 13’ long version. By the time you add up the weight of the platform and the capacity, you are pushing the capacity of most of the forklifts. We find this rating and size to maximize most of the combinations found in industry.

Shipping

Shipping can be chosen as a service with us on a door to door delivery, or you can set up your own logistics. As an Ex Works (default on this product) shipment, you would be picking it up in Germany and importing it yourself. A secondary benefit of this pricing is it shows what our prices are prior to shipping and tariff. If you are ordering several pieces, you can work out the cost for several items without compounding the shipping premium for a single item. The savings on a volume purchase is significant.

Canada

Our Canadian Customers can order directly and we can quote the shipping costs and price it out in CAD. You’ll have taxes to pay as it arrives and a tax registration number and a customs broker will be required. But we’ll be happy to invoice you directly so the banking is easy, and the shipment arrives to you as a door to door shipment.
