All-In-One Waste Solution
These tools work with Cranes and Forklifts adeptly. With most hoppers, you are paying for structure to be under a standard forklift hopper. On a crane bin, you pay for the bale arm on every one of them. Those costs add up. And you need to look for the right way to hoist it every time. What we do here is make the simplest bin that we can. This lets us make the hopper bin, or skip pan, affordably. Then we supply a lifting frame that allows you to work with it with either the crane or the forklift. It lifts by the lugs on the side. When it’s attached and lifted, the lock will lock in place securing it. The lifting attachment being above the center of that lock keeps it all balanced in a balance triangle that your riggers and crane people deal with daily. When you move it over to the final dumpster, you release the lock. this allows it to tip forward as the lugs are behind the center of gravity. The empty bin can then be returned and released from the lifting frame. It’s fast and affordable.

Variety of Sizes in the Skip Pans
There are a Variety of sizes available. If you need a lifter that goes in a corner or a specific small spot, we might have the option down at 0.39 yards. Or if you need to move a larger volume and the sizes aren’t the driver, we have these as large as 2.6 Yards. The variety comes in 6 sizes. The lifting frames do need to be matched to the widths. The first three small sizes can work with one lifter. The three larger ones all work with lifters to match their widths. So in the planning process, it’s best to choose sizes that can consistently meet the needs of the whole plant so the right lifter is always available. This also manages the costs much better.

Crane Rated - ASME B30.20 Certified
Items lifted by a crane in the US at the very least needs a rating. OSHA will reference 1926.251 in the Construction section as guidance. A careful read of that section or the Letters of Interpretation on the topic lead you to letters that cite ASME B30.20 Inspection Criteria as being in compliant with 1926.251. While they don’t cite ASME as a requirement, they do note that it’s fully compliant with their intentions and that it’s the national concensus standard. We supply a certificate that states we also use this standard. We are 50 state compliant and should satisfy all of the Canadian Provincial Standards as well. If we deliver them Ex Works, they are still $2270 per unit before you ship or pay a tariff. This is the comparison we should look at for the Stacker Tippers. A 2 yard Stacker Tipper on an Ex Works basis is $960. The Lifting Frame for it is $1200. On a single unit basis, there isn’t a dramatic savings.
