Washington State’s New Crane Bill - Less Safety Than Before OSHA

Washington State Crane Bill misses the mark in safety for Below the Hook attachments and incentivizes unsafe lifters. Just by updating the most current ASME, they could have prevented this. It feels intentional that they didn’t. Does Washington care about worker safety?
