Roofing Trash Bins

Our roofing trash bins are automated. So instead of being in the dumpster to deal with rigging or latches, crane operators can dump ours out without assistance. What this does is it allows crane days to have one more person on the roof. So instead of having large bins you move one time with someone on waiting to assist on the ground, you take two bins and keep the hook moving constantly. While one is moving from the roof to the dumpster, three people can be filling another 2.6 yard bin on the roof. The result is you maximize your labor and crane efforts. With the large bin, every time the crane hook stops moving, you are losing money. And with the large bins, this dead time is significant because you have less people up top to load up the bin too. When cranes run on 4 hour minimums, the last thing you want to do is run long because the crane bin isn’t the right design. This can cost you thousands of dollars per month. Pallet Lifts Made Easy

Pallet lifts are a common issue for roofers. Those tall rolls on a pallet can be hard to positively secure. We can help with 4 different cages, and 6 different sets of crane forks. Even one with a net to secure it all pretty much no matter what happens during the lift sequence. We just have to work through what the right application is for your work.

Landscaping the Roof

The right tools for loading up a roof with landscaping is going to require a variety of the right tools. Our video and even the website doesn’t even show all of the tools we carry for this. Our 2052 buckets can be the right tool for pea gravel and other rocks.

Our 1093 Rectangle Concrete Buckets actually are the right fit for most roofers doing landscaping. They have a wide loading space at the top. This also makes the gate large at the bottom so even product like soils can flow nicely as it’s quite difficult for product to get stuck across the 4.5 foot width. This inability to stick on the full width just keeps it all moving quite well compared to conical buckets.

Working with big bags and transferring product can be costly and slow. We have the right tools to make the transfer easy, as well as the transport of the bags easier with a crane or forklift. The 1097 Big Bag Spreader can not only make it easier, it can also make it legal in some cases because not all bag manufacturers want you putting four lifting loops in one hook which can stress the bag during the lift.

When on the ground, having the right tools to transfer product that may be delivered via dump trucks can be a challenge. Eichinger has a variety of buckets that can attach to any forklift and be dumped into a silo to make the transfer, or from the bucket on a forklift to a bucket that can be lifted by a crane like the model 1093.
