Build to Suit
We had a client recently commission a Model 1032 concrete bucket for their needs. They have operations in power poles that have them using cranes and forklifts for different pours. Then they need to pour rock with a chute. They need tremie hoses to get the mud to the base of the poles and keep it from separating, so we provided three length of hose so they can choose their weapon. And because they sometimes are pouring rock, we went with a 12” round hopper at the gate so it has it’s best opportunity to flow well.

Concrete Bucket Options Keep Going
These options aren’t the end of the list. We have four different crane attachment options. Chains as a four way. We can do it as two links. Bale Arm and Traverse are also crane attachment options. The forklift security structure that locks on to the fork tines can go on either side. We can do this in a geared gate, or as a levered gate, both with rope pull options. You can even get these in 10 different sizes from 0.5 Yards to 5 Yards.

Specific Needs
The client spec’d out this bucket as a one yard version that allows them to crane bucket with forklift pockets so they have delivery options. They wanted tremie hoses that allows them to deliver concrete into holes for poles and keeps the concrete from separating. So we supplied three lengths up to 10’ that will assist in keeping the concrete consolidated at the heights they prefer for any job. But if they want to deliver via a chute for rock or otherwise, they have one built in.
