So 4 minutes for every 40 lbs going into a building. If we averaged that cost at $1 per minute between high paid subs and low paid day laborers, it’s 625 trips per apartment. Or $2500 per apartment. You might even shrug at this number. What if I told you it’s $750,000 on a 300 unit apartment building?
